It is possible that you may encounter BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) when running the 4.5.2 version of the Interset Sensor on user logon. This is generally due to incompatibilities between Windows driver updates and hidden folders that we use on each volume.
To workaround this issue, based on our current understanding, you can implement the following steps which should allow you to prevent the BSOD. The impact of this is that the FileTrek directory on each drive will become visible to the user (as opposed to being a "hidden folder").
1) Uninstall the Agent.
