Investigator/Flow UI Not Loading After Service Restart/Outage

When a service shutdown or outage occurs, nginx will show HTTP 502 errors when attempting to load various content. This error may continue to be displayed even after services are brought back online due to browser caching.

It is recommended that caching be ruled out by either doing a force refresh (Control + F5), or using a browser mode such as Chrome's Incognito to avoid cached content being loaded.
