To create a diagnostic package that will assist Interset support in determining the cause of an issue the following steps can be taken
Open a windows explorer and browse to the location where the agent is installed on a client machine.
Double click on “WDCSupportTool.exe”
Running “WDCSupportTool.exe” will create a support package in the desktop folder of the machine being used. This package will be called “WDCSupport.zip” and should be attached to an open support ticket
